World Finance Email Framework

In the past, building customer emails at World Finance has been time-consuming and lacked a central source of truth for both design and code. To address these issues, I reorganized World's email-building system with the goal of increasing efficiency, maintaining brand consistency, and reducing coding errors.

On the design front, I created a component library in Figma. This allows designers to quickly create email layouts using approved brand elements. To streamline the production process, I developed a library of code snippets and partials in Litmus that serve as shortcuts for building emails. This new system reduces code errors and allows for early testing in different email clients.

This project helped me strengthen my HTML and CSS skills and introduced me to Liquid language. I also gained familiarity with Bee Editor, Litmus, Sendgrid, and Segment.
