Rainey Garage Sale Zine + Campaign

As both an employee and a student of Anderson University’s Department of Art + Design, I wanted to contribute to a sense of community within our program. With this goal in mind, I helped create a zine that the freshmen would receive upon completion of their Foundations art classes. The concept centered around a "Garage Sale” in the art building, where students could pick up useful advice and take it with them. The book features illustrations of recognizable quirky objects from the department, advice from current students on how to survive art school, a coloring page, and poignant quotes from some of the upperclassmen. The package includes a sharpie and one of ten unique sticker designs, meant to be traded among the class to help students bond over shared interests.
